Occupying half a city block, 20 Customhouse Quay offers panoramic views of Wellington harbour and the city.

Objective’s Corporate Office sits on Level 12 in the beautiful Deloitte Building on Customhouse Quay. 20 Customhouse Quay is a brand newbuilding in a prime location in downtown Wellington. It occupies half a city block, sits on three road frontages and offers panoramic views of the city and harbour.

Objective has taken 450SQM for their 15 staff that include an open plan office space, kitchen and two
meeting rooms.

Three metre high ceilings on the office floors allow flexibility for a wide variety of partitioned and open plan configurations.

The building safety rating is in excess of building code, with it being estimated at up to 180% of code.
