Ricoh’s Christchurch office was ready to create a fresh and engaging experience for their staff and clients.

Ricoh’s Christchurch office was ready to create a fresh and engaging experience for their staff and clients and embrace new ways of working and in a future proofed and flexible environment.

They worked with Hauraki Design who managed the layout and spatial design of the project and ran the furniture proposal and selection process.

Haworth by Europlan was selected as preferred supplier for the project and delivery was to take place in April 2015.

It was important for all involved that the furniture supplied could integrate with existing equipment such as monitor arms and task seating and our “Intuity A Leg” system fit the brief. It also ticked the future proofed and flexible aspects of the project and this came to fruition in November 2015 when we swapped out fixed components of the desking system and replaced them with electric height adjustable.

In addition to the Intuity Desking system, Haworth by Europlan supplied the following products for this project:

  • Personal at Desk TAB Steel Storage – Under Desk Mobiles and Caddy’s
  • Shared Sliding Door TAB Steel Storage
  • Planter Boxes
